Our small group (so 12 adults and 7 kids all under 2) stayed here for a weekend retreat and my goodness was it the perfect place! The fenced in playground and pool made our families feel secure and safe. Everything was well thought out for families to stay! We all talked about how we wanted to come back every weekend. Thank you so much for an incredible stay!

Great place to lite. Super clean and close to all Waco has to offer. We arrived early and we test and they responded within 10 minutes. We enjoyed our stay and we checked out Baylor University! Maybe my Son will go there! Thank you!

This beautiful home was absolutely perfect and accommodating! Good location, super clean, and had a cozy vibe. The backyard was awesome for our dog, and the host was super responsive.

Great little house with all the amenities needed for a stay away from home. Easy travel to Baylor University and the Silos/Magnolia. Nice quiet backyard. Comfortable beds. Lovely home.

This was our second stay at Josh and Amy's home and it was as wonderful as the first time! The home is very tidy and clean; the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped; and Josh and Amy are great hosts and wonderful communicators. All the beds are comfortable, the common areas are spacious, and the game room is so much fun! Our family will be staying here again and again, as we have extended family in Waco and Josh and Amy's home is perfect for when our big family visits them.

Our girls trip was successful and staying at this house made things so easy for us. The house was clean and exactly how it was described in the listing with prompt and clear communication from the host. The kitchen had everything that we needed, plus some. We would definitely give this house and host a 10 out of 10.
