This was our second stay at Josh and Amy's home and it was as wonderful as the first time! The home is very tidy and clean; the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped; and Josh and Amy are great hosts and wonderful communicators. All the beds are comfortable, the common areas are spacious, and the game room is so much fun! Our family will be staying here again and again, as we have extended family in Waco and Josh and Amy's home is perfect for when our big family visits them.

Our girls trip was successful and staying at this house made things so easy for us. The house was clean and exactly how it was described in the listing with prompt and clear communication from the host. The kitchen had everything that we needed, plus some. We would definitely give this house and host a 10 out of 10.

We highly appreciate Joebob and Mindy for their graciousness about our requests during our stay in Xenia. Beautiful place, we felt right at home and comfortable. The location is perfect for some peace and quiet and to focus on spending time with family.

This was our second time staying at Xenia and we'll definitely be back. The house and amenities are great and make for an enjoyable outing and the hosts are top notch. highly recommend for a large family or group outing.

2nd year to stay here…..There is a reason for that! Because this place is wonderful and the host delivers. Very much a beautiful spot. We take a men’s group here for a business off-site. It is the perfect place for something like this. Highly recommend!

House is great, clean, lots of kitchen supplies and coffee and things. the ping pong table down in the basement is fun and you dont see that hardly at all in texas.. living room and bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. great place to stay in Waco !

We had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed this lovely home! The check-in/checkout instructions were simple and clear. The home is easy to find and parking was very nice. The house was very nicely decorated, clean and the kitchen was so nicely stocked for easy meal prep. The Keurig and coffee pods were such a nice touch and so appreciated. The yard was perfect for our two small dogs. I can’t say enough about how convenient and great the house setup was for our family. Very nice communication from the hosts and jut an overall wonderful stay. Highly recommend and will definitely be back:)

Wonderful home in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Our family loved staying there and having plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. We loved the playground and hot tub and enjoyed playing pool and shuffleboard. This was our second stay here and we highly recommend it.

I truly loved this home. It’s literally down the street from downtown area and by the silos. The hosts were amazing very communicative and very sweet. Everything looked just like the pictures and very clean and the beds were so comfortable. I will definitely be renting again if ever in Waco
