The home is in a well established, up and coming neighborhood close to downtown and many attractions! There is a mixture of older homes and renovated homes throughout which is very typical of Waco.
Guest Access
The entire space if for you to enjoy! You will receive a door code for the duration of your stay, keeping the check in/out process as easy as possible.
Good to know
1,372 sq ft stylish 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home perfect for both small and larger groups. If any extra sleeping space is needed, the two couches in the living room fold down to beds and an air mattress is provided. The full kitchen is stocked with all the essentials but please note, there is no ice maker.
Other Details to Note
We are a licensed short-term rental with the city of Waco and have been inspected for both safety and operation standards (STR000117-01-2022). The home is equipped with outdoor security cameras to put you at ease while traveling. There are two outdoor security cameras. One monitoring the front of the house and one monitoring the back.
