Lacy-Lakeview is a small municipality on the north side of Waco. It runs alongside the west side of I-35. From Blue House, it's a convenient straight shot south to Baylor and the newly renovated parts of downtown Waco. It is also near a scenic drive north along F.M. 933 (Gholson Road) to the Homestead Heritage Village. A ten-minute drive away, Homestead offers a weekly farmer’s market on Saturdays. Gholson Road eventually leads north to Lake Whitney. The drive is beautiful in the spring for those looking to take pictures in the Texas bluebonnets. Our neighborhood has a few older homes, some commercial facilities, and a good number of newer duplexes and two-story condominiums. The surrounding communities offer many excellent restaurant choices, including fine dining, trendy cafés, Tex-Mex, Southern, and American. Like the rest of the Waco area, Lacy-Lakeview has benefitted from the growth of Texas and the creative work of Chip and Joanna Gaines. Their Magnolia sites are ever-popular spots to visit.

Guest Access

The entire house, fenced yard, and covered carport are available to all guests.

Everything Waco Bungalow offers lovely white duvet covers and feather duvets in the master bedroom and the queen bedroom. BR 3 offers two twin beds with navy blue bedding and plush rug between the beds. One is standard twin; the other is XL twin. Parking includes carport for two vehicles. The carport also has a motion-sensor light for late arrivals. We love children and welcome them if you feel comfortable with one item: The property has lamp cords that children and parents need to watch out for. For a $25 fee, we can provide a Pack and Play crib with sheets. When you don’t feel like always eating out, the large kitchen (easily accommodating three cooks) is well equipped; and for those who like to grill, we have a gas grill on the back patio. Our make-ready crew uses sanitizing cleaning supplies to thoroughly disinfect. We also use pet-safe cleaning supplies for the pet bowls. The fenced yard is an valuable amenity for guests with pets (check with us on breeds and number). We take pride in keeping things sparkling clean for your ease of mind. Other Details to Note

Note regarding pets: Four pets maximum, two small, two large. No aggressive breeds. While some pet hair is expected, excessive pet hair in the house may incur an excessive cleaning fee. Also, pet feces in the yard must be cleaned up by guest. Extra cleaning of the yard and patio due to pets will also incur an extra fee.

Plenty of parking; easy access. Walmart and H-E-B superstores are within four to five minutes to easily provide most things you need for cooking, etc. If you need any suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact George and Amy for input.
