The Waco Victorian is 5 mins from Magnolia Market, Downtown, & Baylor. Its beautiful design with 12' ceilings & spacious rooms make it a must stay. Inside you'll find comfy beds, a full kitchen, & even a built-in Bluetooth speaker! Enjoy a perfect day on the patio with cornhole, a fire pit, & a charcoal grill. We are also pet-friendly so your fur babies are welcome to tag along with you! Please note, the backyard is mostly fenced but there is an opening near the driveway.

The Waco Victorian is located in the established neighborhood of Brook Oaks. This neighborhood is right next to downtown and is up and coming like most areas of Waco with a mixture of older and newer homes throughout. Waco itself can look a little rough around the edges but is continuously improving and getting more beautiful each day!
Guest Access
The entire space if for you to enjoy! You will receive a door code for the duration of your stay, keeping the check in/out process as easy as possible.
Good to know
1,462 sq ft stylish 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home perfect for both small and larger groups. If any extra sleeping space is needed, the two couches in the living room fold down to beds and an air mattress is provided.
Other Details to Note
We are a licensed short-term rental with the city of Waco and have been inspected for both safety and operation standards (STR00001262-10-2019). The home is equipped with outdoor security cameras to put you at ease while traveling. There are two outdoor security cameras. One monitoring the front of the house and one monitoring the back.
