We really enjoyed our stay! The home was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location was quiet and close to everything we needed. The king bed was especially nice — we slept great! Check-in was smooth, and the host was kind and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to family and friends visiting Waco.

Everything was exactly as expected, easy to check in, very clean & fluffy towels! Loved having a private driveway and close to Magnolia Table & the Silos! We didn’t need anything from the hosts, but they checked in on us after we checked in to make sure everything was good and to make sure we didn’t need anything.

Great stay! The house was very clean and had plenty of space with comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen was nice and well equipped, perfect for cooking during our stay. Everything was as described would definitely stay here again

Josh and Amy went above and beyond to make this a home away from home. All of the little details made us feel comfortable and valued. The decor is really pretty. It's a great place for families, singles...anybody! Walk to Sloan's for a cocktail and to Harvest for lunch. You won't be disappointed!

This was the nicest Air bnb I've ever stayed in, and was immaculately remodeled. Ashley was very responsive when we arrived an hr ahead of schedule and let us go in early. The space was huge, but still cozy, and all the amenities were amazing! Remember to pack bug spray for the mosquitos, cause you'll wanna enjoy the backyard with your furry friend. So amazing this rental was pet friendly, and we couldn't have asked for a better arrangement! 10/10

House was very clean with plenty of room for our large group. Beautiful property with deer that walk right through the back yard. Kids had fun in the pool and with all the games. Excellent place to stay!!

They were able to take my team and I with late notice, we all loved the homey feel and was spacious for 8 adults. Clean & comfortable we will be back whenever we’re working in Waco

The house was perfect for our weekend in Waco. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was also convenient to Baylor and downtown Waco - just a few minutes away. Highly recommend if you’re coming to town to attend a Baylor game or visit Magnolia!

We had a wonderful stay at the Runnin' Bird Haus and thoroughly enjoyed the cozy accommodations and squeaky clean environment from the moment we walked in. The water, snacks and hot tea station were an unexpected and greatly appreciated treat. The owners were proactive in their communication, extremely responsive and very thoughtful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.
