The front yard is perfect for watching your kids run and play, while you grill out and enjoy conversation. This is perfect for a couples get away, or a small family vacation! We had a wonderful stay at the Runnin' Bird Haus and thoroughly enjoyed the cozy accommodations and squeaky clean environment from the moment we walked in. The water, snacks and hot tea station were an unexpected and greatly appreciated treat. The owners were proactive in their communication, extremely responsive and very thoughtful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Josh and Amy were very welcoming and kind! Our stay was great, and everything was just fine! But, if we needed anything, I know they would have responded quickly. Sweet people and their place was very comfortable and relaxing. Loved the front porch!

Very nice place in the country with a lot of charm. 15-20 minutes to pretty much everything in Waco so still very convenient to everything. A much more personal experience than staying in any of the hotels. Highly recommend.

Cool little shop converted into a loft, reminiscent of a ranch house. Very open space. Covered “porch” with outdoor seating and a bbq grill. Perfect for enjoying the peaceful setting outside of town.
