Rodeo friendly property that is just minutes from the Extraco Event Center, Downtown Waco, Restaurants, and Lake Waco. The property offers a spacious 1B/1B apartment with full kitchen and laundry room. The apartment is incredibly peaceful and easy to relax in! The large gated entrance can accommodate big rigs, the barn has 4-9 stalls that can be rented for an additional charge. Note: the apartment does have a metal roof which can limit cell service upon entry.

This place was really awesome. Lovely, clean with great amenities. Quiet, peaceful environment. Just what I needed. I will definitely stay here again when I’m Waco. I’m very grateful for this home away from home.
